5.1 Data Fiduciary Role (Website Visitors)
When you submit personal data through this website (e.g., via the contact form), Inspire Capitals acts as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy and with your explicit consent.

5.2 Data Processor Role (Business Clients)
When Inspire Capitals processes personal data on behalf of its business clients (e.g., end-customer data handled during BPO or e-commerce operations), Inspire Capitals acts as a Data Processor under DPDP Act s.8. In this capacity:

Inspire Capitals processes personal data only on documented instructions from the client (Data Fiduciary).
Inspire Capitals implements reasonable technical and organisational security measures as required under DPDP Act s.8(5).
Inspire Capitals does not sub-process personal data to third parties without the client's written consent.
Inspire Capitals notifies the client of any personal data breach without unreasonable delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware, to enable the client to comply with their breach notification obligations under DPDP Act s.8(6) and applicable Board regulations.
Inspire Capitals assists the client in responding to Data Principal rights requests (access, correction, erasure) within the timeframes required by law.
Upon termination of services, Inspire Capitals returns or securely destroys all client personal data, as instructed.

Detailed data protection obligations are governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) entered into with each business client.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inspire Capitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Inspire Capitals in the three months prior to the claim.
