1. Who We Are

Inspire Capitals ("we", "us", "our") is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company registered at #1359, 2nd Floor, 80ft Road, Opp. Sub-Registrar Office, Vijayanagara 2nd Stage, Mysuru 570 017, Karnataka, India.

We are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). For privacy matters, contact our Grievance Officer at info@inspirecapitals.com.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

• Contact Enquiry Form: Full name, company name, business email, phone number, service requirement, and message content.
• AI Chatbot (Inspira AI): Text of chat messages. No name or contact details required. Messages are processed by Groq, Inc. but not stored by us.
• WhatsApp Widget: When you click "Chat with us on WhatsApp", you are directed to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). WhatsApp's Privacy Policy governs that data.
• Technical / Server Logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited — collected by our hosting provider's server logs. We do not use tracking analytics scripts (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
• Google Fonts CDN: Loading fonts from fonts.googleapis.com may log your IP with Google.

3. Why We Collect Personal Data

4. Third-Party Services We Use

• Groq, Inc. (USA) — AI inference for Inspira AI chatbot. Chat message text is sent to Groq's API. See Groq Privacy Policy.
• Web3Forms — Contact form submission processor. Your enquiry data is routed through Web3Forms to deliver to our inbox. See Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts API (Google LLC, USA) — May log your IP address. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Meta Platforms / WhatsApp — WhatsApp's terms govern any conversation you initiate through the widget.
• Netlify / Hostinger — Hosting infrastructure with server-level access logs.
• unpkg / jsDelivr / Cloudflare CDNs — Deliver JavaScript libraries; may log IP addresses.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Contact enquiry data: Up to 12 months from the enquiry date, or until the business relationship ends.
• Chatbot messages: Not retained by Inspire Capitals; Groq's retention policy applies.
• Server logs: Per hosting provider's default (typically 30–90 days).
• Consent records: Retained for processing duration plus 2 years.

6. Your Rights as a Data Principal

7. How We Obtain Consent

Consent is obtained through explicit, voluntary, per-purpose opt-in checkboxes at each data collection point. Consent is unbundled, specific, and revocable at any time.

8. Security Measures

• API keys stored as server-side environment variables, not in source code.
• Form submissions transmitted over HTTPS.
• No payment card data is collected or stored.
